Do I need an account to book a game?
No — you can always book as a guest with just your name, age, and phone number. Creating a free player profile is optional; it saves your info across devices and lets you sign in anywhere instead of retyping it every time.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, at any time before the game, from the link in your booking confirmation or from your player profile if you are signed in.
What happens if a game is full?
You can join the reserve list. If a booked player cancels, the next person in line is automatically offered the open spot and has a short window to accept it.
Is there an age limit?
Each game sets its own minimum and maximum age, chosen by its organizer — some games are for adults only, others are organized for kids. The age range for a specific game is shown on its booking form.
How do player ratings work?
After a game, other players who attended can leave you a star rating (1 to 5). Your average carries across every game you play, since your phone number is your player identity on the platform.
