Information We Collect When you book a game as a guest or create a player profile, we collect your first and last name, age, phone number, and optionally your email address and a profile/gallery photo. If you create an organizer account, we additionally collect your email for sign-in. We do not require an account or email to book a game as a guest. In the mobile app, if you enable notifications we also store a device push token so we can deliver alerts to your device. 2. How We Use Your Information Your name, age, and photo are shown to other players and the game's organizer so they know who is registered. Your phone number is used as your booking identity (so a returning phone number is recognized as the same player across games) and for the organizer to reach you if needed. We use your email and device push token, if provided, to send you account and game notifications. We never sell your information. 3. What Other Players and Organizers Can See Other players can see your first name, last initial, profile photo, gallery photos, and average star rating. Full name, phone number, and email are only visible to the organizer of a game you have booked into. 4. Camera and Photos If you choose to add a profile or gallery photo in the mobile app, the app asks permission to use your camera or photo library. Images are used only for the photo you selected; the app does not access your library otherwise. 5. Push Notifications The mobile app can send push notifications about your bookings, reserve-list movement, reviews, and game changes. The app asks your permission first, and you can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. Notifications are never required to use the Service. 6. Cookies and Local Storage The Service uses your browser's or app's local storage to remember things like your last booking on a device and, if you sign in, your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. 7. Third-Party Services We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap to show venue locations, and — for the mobile app's notifications — Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push messages. These providers process data only as needed to provide the Service. 8. Data Retention and Deletion Guest booking data is retained to maintain your booking history under your phone number. If you have an account, you can delete it and its associated data yourself at any time from your profile (Delete Account); this removes your player or organizer profile and associated bookings. You can also contact the support email in the app settings, and an organizer or admin can remove a player profile and associated bookings on request. 9. Children's Privacy Some games are organized for younger age groups at an organizer's discretion. We do not knowingly collect more information than needed to run these games, and we recommend a parent or guardian handle booking, account creation, and notification permissions for younger players. 10. Your Rights You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting support, or delete your account and data directly from your profile. 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. 12.
