Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By using Drop2Play ("the Service") to browse, book, organize, or otherwise participate in games, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 2. What the Service Does Drop2Play connects players with pickup and organized soccer games run by independent organizers. We provide the booking platform; we do not run the games ourselves, and organizers are responsible for the games they create. 3. Fees and Payments Drop2Play is a free platform: we do not charge organizers or players any fee to list, browse, join a reserve list, or book a game. Individual organizers are independent and may choose to charge a fee for participation in their games (for example, to cover field rental or equipment costs). Any such fee, and how it is collected, is set entirely by the organizer, is not guaranteed to exist or not exist for any given game, and is not processed, held, or refunded by Drop2Play. Check a game's description or contact its organizer directly for details on any cost to participate. 4. Eligibility and Age Each game has its own minimum and maximum age, set by its organizer. You must meet a game's stated age requirements to book a position in it. Players under the age required for independent participation should book with a parent or guardian's involvement. 5. Booking and Cancellation Booking a position or joining a reserve list is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may cancel your own booking at any time before the game through the link in your booking confirmation. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. 6. Assumption of Risk Soccer and other physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By registering for a game, you acknowledge this risk and agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. Drop2Play is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other harm arising from participation in a game. 7. Player Accounts You may book as a guest at any time. Creating a player profile is optional and simply saves your information for future bookings and lets you sign in from any device. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile. 8. Organizer Accounts and Responsibilities Organizers are independently responsible for the games, venues, rules, and any fees they publish, including any game-specific terms shown at booking. Drop2Play may suspend or remove an organizer account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform. 9. User Content: Photos, Gallery, and Ratings If you upload a profile photo or gallery photos, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not violate anyone else's rights. Other players may leave a star rating after a game you both attended. Ratings are a simple average with no free-text comments. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Drop2Play a limited licence to display it within the Service for the purpose of running games. 10. No Objectionable Content or Abusive Behaviour There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes another person's rights, and not to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or organizers. We may remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any user, without notice, for violating this section. 11. Reporting and Enforcement If you see content or behaviour that violates these Terms, report it to the support email listed in the app settings, or ask any game's organizer to escalate it. We aim to review reports and remove violating content or offending users within 24 hours. By using the Service you agree that we may act on reports at our discretion to keep the community safe. 12. Conduct You agree not to use the Service to submit false information, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the booking system (including automated booking, scraping, or attempting to bypass position limits). 13. Suspension and Termination We may block or remove any account, organizer or player, that violates these Terms, at our discretion. A blocked organizer's games are removed from public listings; a blocked player cannot make new bookings. 14. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drop2Play is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, participation in any game, or any fee charged by an organizer. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. 16.
